Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive management training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a leadership role
- Learn and understand all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, and customer service
- Assist in managing daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Analyze loan data and develop strategies to reduce delinquency and increase branch profitability
Qualifications:
- Previous consumer finance experience is preferred, but not required
- Have acceptable credit
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work without supervision
- Strong problem skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
