Job Description Key Responsibilities Brand Compliance Ensure the property strictly ads to Choice Hotels brand standards, successfully passing all quality assurance (QA) inspections and corporate audits. Property Leadership Oversee all motel operations, organizing workflow between front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Staff Management Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate a mid-sized team; directly manage department supervisors to ensure operational accountability. Financial Oversight Manage daily cash flows, monitor labor costs, track inventory expenses, and oversee local vendor contracts. Revenue Strategy Maximize property performance (RevPAR and occupancy) by utilizing Choice-specific property systems, managing online listings, and building localmercial or corporate accounts. Guest & Reputation Management Maintain high customer service scores, resolve guest escalations, and actively respond to guest feedback and online reviews. Property Maintenance Inspect facilities daily to ensurepliance with health, safety, and brand standards; coordinate preventative maintenance.. Is this a registered apprenticeship? False
