Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant General Manager at Safe Splash Swim School, where your leadership and passion for customer service will help create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for all our swimmers. In this energetic role, you will support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your proactive approach and management skills will contribute to the growth of our swim school while fostering a positive atmosphere for both team members and clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management expertise within a vibrant aquatic education setting. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of the swim school, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Supervise and motivate staff, including lifeguards, instructors, and administrative personnel, to maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels and coverage during operating hours
DAYS, NIGHTS, WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment for families and visitors Coordinate events management activities such as swim lessons, safety workshops, and community outreach programs Handle transactions accurately and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, staff schedules, incident logs, and guest feedback to support continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in assistant management or supervisory roles within

Background in event management or coordinating group activities is highly desirable Prior experience in customer service roles within AQUATICS or resort settings is
REQUIRED
Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety standards is essential CPO Certified/CPR, First Aid & AED Certified
