Position Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals Align departmental objectives with the overall mission and vision of the company Operational Oversight Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources Implement processes to improve productivity and profitability Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop management teams across departments Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment Financial Performance Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions Stakeholder Communication Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams Represent the company in key negotiations and high-level meetings Prerequisites 8+ years of experience in a senior management or executive leadership role Proven track record of successfully leading operational and strategic initiatives Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making skills Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Manager (CM) Six Sigma Certification MBA or relevant advanced degree What the Role Offers Salary range between $150,000 and $170,000 30% placement fee Competitive base salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development A high-impact role with influence on company-wide strategy and direction Why Lakewood?
