3001568509-2 Apply for this job now Job Description TRIBUS is seeking a General Manager to lead aerospace manufacturing operations supporting our advanced real estate technology platforms. You will own end-to-end production, from capacity planning and scheduling to quality, compliance, and on-time delivery. Partnering closely with engineering and product teams, you'll ensure aerospace-grade components and assemblies meet strict performance and regulatory standards. You'll manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives while building and mentoring a high-performing operations team in a collaborative, innovation-focused culture. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day aerospace manufacturing operations and production teams Own capacity planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery performance Implement and improve quality systems aligned with aerospace standards Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for manufacturing operations Drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and process optimization Coordinate closely with engineering, product, and supply chain partners Track KPIs and use data to guide decisions and report to leadership Develop, mentor, and performance-manage manufacturing staff Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements Collaborate with TRIBUS leadership to align operations with company strategy Required Skills Operations management Aerospace manufacturing processes Production planning Quality management (AS9100/ISO9001) Lean manufacturing Team leadership Budgeting and P&L management Supply chain and vendor management ERP/MRP systems Data-driven performance analysis
