We're not looking for someone who just wants to show up, tint cars, and go home. We're looking for an experienced automotive window tint installer with an entrepreneurial mindset —someone who takes pride in their work, wants ownership over what they're building, and is excited by the opportunity to grow into a leadership role. TruView already has successful commercial and residential window film divisions, and we're ready to bring that same momentum into automotive tinting. We have the garage space, tools, equipment, film resources, existing business infrastructure, and a team ready to support the growth of this new division. This is where you come in. Initially, you'll be hands-on—tinting vehicles, helping establish processes, maintaining quality standards, and helping us build a reputation for automotive tinting. But we're thinking much bigger than one garage. Our goal is to grow this into multiple locations, and we want the person who helps us build it from day one to have the opportunity to grow with it. For the right person, this could develop into a leadership position overseeing installers, operations, and potentially multiple TruView automotive locations. We're looking for someone who: Has professional automotive window tint installation experience Produces clean, consistent, high-quality work Can work independently and take ownership of their area Understands the importance of customer experience Is dependable, motivated, and organized Wants to help improve processes rather than simply follow them Has the drive to help grow a business Is interested in eventually leading and developing other installers What makes this opportunity different? You're not walking into a high-volume tint shop where you're just another installer. You're getting in at the ground floor of a new division within an established and growing window film company.
