As the Integrator in our EOS model, you will lead the management team, align every department around shared priorities, and take ownership of company-wide results. We are also looking for an AI-native leader. This does not simply mean occasionally using ChatGPT. We want someone who naturally looks for ways to apply AI, automation, technology, and data to make the company faster, smarter, and more scalable while maintaining strong human judgment, security, and accountability. The Owner / Visionary is ready to step away from daily management. You will have the authority and responsibility to run the business, strengthen the leadership team, and create the systems needed for sustainable growth. Our Core Values Be good people. Take care of each other. Be problem solvers. Our Brand Promises Fast. Easy. Right. Lead department heads across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT. Translate the Owner's vision into clear strategies, priorities, and measurable outcomes. Drive execution of the strategic plan, quarterly Rocks, and company KPIs. Identify and resolve cross-functional issues before they affect customers or profitability. Establish clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for results. Make timely, well-informed decisions and ensure consistent follow-through. Financial Performance and Growth Own the company's P&L, budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and profitability. Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, reduce waste, and strengthen cash flow. Make strategic trade-offs that support growth without sacrificing financial discipline. Build the operational foundation required to achieve ambitious, profitable growth. Ensure leaders understand the financial impact of their decisions. AI, Automation, and Data Develop a practical AI and automation roadmap connected to business priorities. Identify valuable AI opportunities across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT. Personally use AI to improve analysis, planning, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. Redesign inefficient workflows using effective processes, AI, and automation. Evaluate technology, conduct focused pilots, measure results, and scale successful solutions. Build AI fluency across the company through training, experimentation, and documentation. Establish responsible standards for data privacy, security, accuracy, human oversight, and ROI. Use dashboards and reliable business data to make faster and better decisions. People and Culture Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable (LMA) the leadership team. Build a high-performance culture based on ownership, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure every employee understands their responsibilities, metrics, and contribution to company goals. Coach leaders, address performance concerns directly, and strengthen management capabilities. EOS and Process Management Lead the implementation and ongoing execution of EOS throughout the company. Ensure consistent use of Rocks, Scorecards, Level 10 Meetings, the Accountability Chart, and the Issues Solving Track. Document, standardize, and continuously improve core business processes. Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, and technology to real business challenges. Ability to identify valuable AI use cases, conduct pilots, measure ROI, and scale what works. Strong judgment regarding data privacy, security, accuracy, and responsible AI use. Excellent decision-making, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. High standards, urgency, adaptability, and exceptional follow-through. EOS experience is strongly preferred. Experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, material handling, construction, or B2B distribution is preferred but not required. What Success Looks Like A focused, aligned, and accountable leadership team. Consistent execution of company priorities and quarterly Rocks. Reliable Scorecards and effective Level 10 Meetings across every department. Improved profitability, operational efficiency, and cash flow. Clear, documented, and scalable business processes. Measurable improvements in speed, quality, productivity, customer experience, or cost through AI and automation. Stronger leaders who understand their numbers and take ownership of results. Sustainable, profitable company growth. You'll Thrive Here If You Lead with clarity and hold yourself and others accountable. Enjoy building teams, systems, and operational discipline. Address difficult issues directly and respectfully. Think strategically but are willing to work hands-on. Use AI as a practical operating advantage, not a novelty. Can separate valuable technology from hype. Turn ideas into systems, action, and measurable results. Take ownership of the outcome, the scoreboard, and the culture. Why Join Speedrack West? This is a rare opportunity to step into a true operating leadership role with real authority and the ability to influence every part of the business.
