Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of community operations Ensure full compliance with state regulations and company standards Foster a positive, resident‑centered environment focused on dignity and quality of life Recruit, train, and support staff to maintain high performance and engagement Maintain strong occupancy through effective relationship‑building and community outreach Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation Partner with families, residents, and team members to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction Active Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) License required.
