executive director Sheffield, PA 3 DAYS AGO 22685271 Summary Sheffield, PA In-Person $50000.00 - $60000.00 per Year 2 Years Experience Post-secondary academic degree, Associate degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time / Hours May Vary Description Executive Director for the Ruth M. Smith Center - a non-profit campus with 3 Personal Care Homes and a Community Center. Requires 1 of the following: Associate degree, LPN, RN, Bachelor's degree (preferred). Must complete the Personal Care Home Administrators Certificate. Supervisory experience, non-profit budgeting and spreadsheet understanding; community networking; presentations; present plans to the Board for continued sustainability. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Able to work well with those diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness. Salary commensurate with experience.
