ABOUT THE ROLE

The AGM at Home2 Suites Hudson Oaks owns the operation — guest experience, team performance, brand standards, and everything that happens on the floor. Back-office administrative work is handled separately, which means this role stays focused on what matters most: leading people and delivering results. You'll be the steady presence guests and staff rely on every day. This role is built for a strong operator who's ready to grow into a GM seat. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance Lead by example on the floor — visible, hands-on, and present with both guests and staff Drive guest satisfaction and resolve concerns with urgency and professionalism Hire, train, coach, and hold team members accountable to brand and property standards Assist with pre-opening activities including onboarding and SOP implementation Monitor daily performance metrics including labor, occupancy, and RevPAR Ensure full compliance with Hilton brand standards and QA requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hotel management or supervisory experience required Prior Hilton brand experience strongly preferred; Home2 or extended-stay background a plus Strong working knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations Experience with Hilton PEP or comparable hotel PMS Proven ability to lead a team, resolve conflict, and drive accountability Comfortable reading financial reports and managing to a budget Excellent communication skills — with guests, team members, and ownership Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
