What You'll Do:

Drive department success by meeting and exceeding sales goals Manage, appraise, and balance used vehicle inventory for maximum profitability Proactively acquire inventory to align with market demand Analyze market trends to make smart, data-driven decisions Oversee trade-in appraisals and inventory control Collaborate across departments to ensure dealership-wide success Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver top performance Monitor profitability and take decisive action when needed Execute additional duties to support dealership goals

What We're Looking For:
