Sparkling Image Express Oil Change / Sparkling Image Car Wash is Now Hiring! Mobil 1 Lube Express has an immediate opportunity for an Oil Change Assistant Manager at our The Woodlands, TX location. The Assistant Manager will help drive oil change operations, including managing staff, training employees, and assisting customers. This position comes with the ability to earn commission. We are looking for candidates who: Strong desire to manage in a fast-paced, (Not an office job) Exceptional customer service skills Strong work ethic, motivation, and the ability to lead others Excellent communication skills Strong desire for advancement and career opportunities Desire to learn, we offer full training!

Requirements:

Ability to work 40-45 hours a week including weekends Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer service position. Prior supervisory / management experience desired The ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment. Mechanical skills a plus Excellent communication skills Valid state driver's license Must be at least 18 years of age to apply!
