Our Entry Level Management Trainees receive hands-on training across daily operations, team leadership, customer experience, and client management while working with our energy client, Box Energy. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and taking on new challenges. As you develop your skills, you'll begin assisting with leading a small team, coordinating daily operations, and supporting customer interactions while preparing for advancement into a management position.

Management Trainee Responsibilities:
