Job Description

We are currently looking for a full time Warehouse Assistant General Manager at our Bristow, VA location.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements
Help lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, and materials management principles
Experience supervising a team of warehouse staff.
Second shift available and/or third as needed.
Pay rate is $58,000
62,000 a year, depending on experience.
This is a 24 hour operation.
Must be able to work weekends.
