As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive company growth. This position requires a hands-on leader who is highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operations of the company, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment focused on employee engagement, development, and retention. Lead, mentor, and train employees on effective sales strategies providing guidance & support to maximize sales potential and achieve targets. Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement, and drive process optimization. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide updates on key performance areas. Oversee financial performance, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership position 2+ years of sales experience preferred Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully managing operational and financial performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff Strong knowledge of the plumbing & HVAC industry best practices, trends, and regulations preferred Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software Professional appearance and demeanor Great work ethic Valid driver's license Driving history must meet minimum company standards
