Our client is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented General Manager to lead and scale a high-performing branch operation in the Door, Frame & Hardware (Division 8/10/28) industry. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a thriving market, drive strategy, lead top-tier teams, and directly impact revenue and profitability. If you are a proven leader with P&L ownership experience and deep industry expertise, this is your chance to run a business within a business — with executive visibility and strong support. What You'll Own As General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the branch, responsible for performance, culture, and market growth. Strategic & Financial Leadership Full ownership of Revenue and EBITDA performance Drive sales forecasting, profitability, and margin improvement Analyze financial performance and implement growth strategies Maintain contract integrity and minimize risk exposure Operational Excellence Lead DFH distribution and service operations Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Project Management, and Production Oversee change order management and operational efficiency Foster continuous improvement and best-practice implementation Team Leadership & Culture Building Build and lead high-performing teams Mentor Project Managers and department leaders Develop succession plans and invest in staff development Create a unified, accountable, performance-driven culture Market & Client Leadership Serve as the face of the organization in the Tacoma market Strengthen relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, and vendors Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion What Makes This Role Exciting True P&L ownership with executive-level impact Strong compensation package with bonus upside Opportunity to shape culture and strategy High visibility with Regional and Corporate leadership Lead a respected operation within a growing organization Work with sophisticated commercial construction partners What We're Looking For 10+ years in the Door, Frame & Hardware (Division 8/10/28) industry Background in Operations and Project Management Proven P&L ownership experience Strong leadership presence and executive communication skills Financial acumen and analytical mindset Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license You are someone who: Thinks strategically but executes operationally Leads with accountability and builds trust Understands commercial construction cycles Knows how to grow revenue while protecting margins Can inspire teams and build long-term client partnerships

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
