Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Process inventory adjustments and investigate discrepancies. Transport inventory between facilities as needed. Analyze inventory issues and support corrective actions that improve inventory accuracy. Assist with inventory control procedures, best practices, and process improvements. Support warehouse audits and inventory-related projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. How Success is Measured Inventory Accuracy Inventory Shrinkage Cycle Count Frequency Cycle Count Completion Rate Attendance Safety Compliance What You Bring One to two years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, inventory control, or supply chain environment preferred. Previous material handling, warehousing, or inventory control experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification after hire. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and order pickers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment. A team-first attitude and willingness to support operational needs as they arise.
