Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and filing systems Ensure all documentation related to inventory flow is complete, accurate and filed correctly Assist in making recommendations to prevent recurring inventory issues Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned:
Track and document employee check in/check out process for main and service safes Organize/file/sort live watch inventory and ensure all have SKU tags Track all inventory going to and from service providers Ensure newly-loaded and returned watches are available on live site Organize and stock boxes for new inventory Locate watches as needed for all departments Assist with quality assurance of website to include formatting and consistency Customer service phone support as needed Regular attendance and punctuality
Work Schedule:

Newport Beach Qualifications:
To performs this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education, Experience and Knowledge:
Any combination of a high school degree and minimum of one-year experience in a retail or logistics role; or equivalent education and experience. Word processing, database and spreadsheet software experience. A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
