100% Onsite Job Summary The Senior Site Specialist provides onsite laboratory support and customer service within a scientific and regulated environment. This role supports inventory and order management, material handling, shipping and receiving, laboratory services, equipment documentation, and quality-related activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities Perform onsite inventory replenishment, disbursement, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts. Enter and manage orders using customer and company inventory/order management systems. Expedite orders and assist with product returns and backorder processing. Operate handheld scanners and perform accurate data entry. Provide customer service and resolve questions or concerns within established timeframes. Perform laboratory support services, including order delivery, glassware processing, biological waste processing, and chemical inventory receipt and reconciliation. Support media preparation and other laboratory service activities as assigned. Maintain and reconcile customer and company reports to ensure requirements and service expectations are met. Follow established written procedures, safety requirements, and site-specific processes. Proactively communicate customer concerns, inventory issues, and potential problems to management. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Maintain equipment documentation, including GMP equipment files, batch records, testing records, validation records, and related documentation. Maintain equipment labeling and service-status signage. Maintain the Equipment Master Log, including equipment numbers, calibration information, and preventative maintenance schedules. Assist with internal and external audits as needed. Support regulatory requirements, internal KPIs, and department metrics. Audit and document new equipment as required. Assist with creating and updating Equipment Operating Procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience; laboratory, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated-environment experience preferred. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word. Experience with handheld scanners and computerized inventory systems. Experience with QCBD, MasterControl, eQMS, or CMMS is preferred. Knowledge of FDA, QSR, GMP, and
ISO 13485
requirements is a plus. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull 30-40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to operate pushcarts, pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment as required. Regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills. Ability to use computers, scanners, printers, phones, and other office equipment. Ability to work under pressure and meet short turnaround times. Occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs. Pay Details:
