The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time Kitchen Receivers to join our team at Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Kitchen Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving all food, beverage, and kitchen supply deliveries, along with cleaning and organizing daily operations. What will you do? Ensure timely, accurate, and safe receipt of food, supplies, packaging, and other incoming inventory Verify delivery quantities and quality while reconciling invoice discrepancies, damaged products, and receiving issues Maintain inventory controls through proper labeling, stock rotation, storage, and regular inventory reporting Coordinate with purchasing, culinary, and operations teams to align deliveries, forecast product needs, and maintain appropriate inventory levels Support cost control and waste reduction efforts while identifying process improvements that enhance accuracy and operational efficiency Enforce food safety, health, sanitation, and cleaning standards across receiving, storage, refrigeration, and kitchen areas Monitor equipment, food contact surfaces, storage spaces, and cleaning schedules to maintain safe, organized, and operationally ready facilities More about you Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented to accurately check deliveries, quantities, and quality while catching discrepancies Basic math, data-entry, and computer skills Leadership ability and a problem-solving mindset Familiarity with food safety, storage standards, and handling raw and perishable items No degree or experience required Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks for extended periods Shift details Days M-F Weekends 8hr shift 10hr shift Events OT as needed
