In this role, you will be instrumental in managing inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse distribution processes. Your expertise in inventory management systems, data analysis, and supply chain logistics will drive operational excellence and ensure seamless order fulfillment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements and leverage data analytics to enhance inventory control strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Places parts into inventory bins and performs daily cycle counts Communicate all significant inventory information to the Warehouse Supervisor and other management to help facilitate shortage detection. Direct Cycle Counting program and perform cycle counts. Perform physical inventory counts during physical inventory. Review and process daily GSO (General Stores Order) Evaluate inventory levels, adjusting inventory min/max/reorder levels, safety stock, lead times, and inventory formulas to ensure sufficient supply to meet customers' needs while maintaining targeted inventory turns.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Complete, and actively participate in all the Company's EHS training requirements Requires knowledge equivalent to four years of high school education Requires ability to read, write, add, subtract and familiarity with personal computers and window applications. 3+ or more years of inventory control experience is required. WMS and ERP system experience is required (Epicor preferred). 3+ or more years of warehouse experience Be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers Have an energetic, outgoing, and friendly manner Take initiative, and work well with minimal supervision Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, bend, kneel, sit, climb, and twist. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or carry 25+ lbs.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
