Description We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to join a warehouse team in Batavia, Illinois in a Contract position. This role focuses on hands-on support with preparing outbound orders, organizing inventory, and keeping materials ready for daily operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, follows directions well, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tents, event rentals, and related materials for shipment by loading assigned trucks accurately and safely
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations by organizing stock, staging items, and keeping work areas in order
• Handle manual inventory tasks to help maintain accurate counts and product availability
• Perform physically active warehouse duties throughout the shift, including moving and arranging materials as needed
• Assist with end-of-shift cleanup to help maintain a safe and efficient facility
• Follow scheduled work hours consistently and contribute as a reliable member of the team
• Work without operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery while completing assigned tasks Requirements
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned Sunday through Thursday schedule
• Willingness to perform manual warehouse work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail
• Comfortable supporting inventory-related activities such as tracking, counting, and organizing materials
• Experience with assembly line, asset inventory, or annual inventory processes is helpful but not required
