Shipping/Receiving Worker:

Work in a safe, supportive, and reputable environment with a leading industry organization. What's a typical day as Shipping/Receiving Worker? You'll be: Serving as the primary point of contact for shipping and receiving operations. Receiving and verifying incoming equipment, materials, and inventory. Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions using computers and handheld/RF scanners. Picking, packing, labeling, palletizing, and staging outgoing orders for shipment. Coordinating with freight carriers and preparing all required shipping documentation. Operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely within the warehouse. Organizing, putting away, and tracking inventory/materials. Handling material movement, stock adjustments, and occasional local driving duties. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles. Possess prior forklift operating experience (current certification not required). Are comfortable using computers and handheld/RF scanners for inventory and shipping transactions. Hold a valid driver's license for occasional local driving responsibilities. Can lift and move up to 35 lbs., and are comfortable with physical warehouse work, including standing, walking, and material handling. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, dependability, and the ability to work independently. (Preferred) Have experience with ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., J.D. Edwards, Oracle, SAP), Microsoft Outlook and Word, shipping/labeling software, and preparing shipping documentation.
