Integrity & Humility Winning Attitude Team Player Consider It Done Takes Initiative Position Overview The Material Handler is responsible for safely moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility to support efficient manufacturing operations. This position ensures production teams have the materials they need while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized work environment. Essential Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Supply production areas with raw materials and components. Move finished products to designated warehouse locations. Empty and stage machine center hoppers. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities. Organize warehouse and storage areas using 5S principles. Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Assist other departments as needed to meet customer requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Basic computer and inventory system skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Positive attitude and dependable attendance. Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift. Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials. Ability to bend, reach, squat, and climb as needed.
