In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels across our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, and supporting supply chain efficiency. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, data analysis, and materials handling will be vital to maintaining seamless inventory flow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements, enhance procurement strategies, and support overall warehouse productivity. Responsibilities Conduct data mining and analysis to identify discrepancies, root causes of inventory issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and merchandising teams to optimize stock levels, pricing strategies, and category management. Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits, and materials handling activities including heavy lifting and shipping & receiving tasks. Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau for supply chain analytics, demand planning, and inventory reporting. Support logistics inventory management by coordinating order fulfillment, shipping schedules, and production planning. Engage in cross-functional communication with suppliers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient materials management and inventory control. In addition to inventory you will required to clean and keep clean our warehouse and have the ability to service trucks and forklifts and general maintenance. Experience Proven experience in warehouse distribution, warehouse operations, or supply chain management. Experience with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and category management. Knowledge of logistics inventory management including shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling techniques. Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies or process inefficiencies.
