Grandma Did It Better is a fast-growing vintage fashion concept. We curate one-of-a-kind pieces, build thoughtful collections, and treat fashion as culture—not fast inventory. We're looking for a sharp, motivated, detail-oriented person to help us process and organize incoming vintage clothing at our Huntington Station-area location. This role is hands-on and operational. You'll work directly with the founders and be close to how decisions actually get made. What you'll do (day-to-day): Sort through incoming intake clothing, piece by piece Inspect each item carefully for damage, stains, wear, and needed repairs Enter items into our inventory system with accurate details and condition notes Categorize and organize clothing so everything stays traceable and easy to find Flag items that need alterations, repairs, or special attention Keep the intake and processing area clean, structured, and running smoothly Who this is for: Someone hungry, detail-driven, and comfortable with hands-on work You care about fashion (vintage, design, or production) You like structure, lists, and clean systems You're patient and thorough Backgrounds that work well: Inventory / ops / warehouse / stockroom experience Fashion exposure: past employment, degree, deep interest Anyone with strong attention to detail and comfort with data entry
