Material Handler / Inventory Clerk Direct Hire | Daylight Shift | Monday-Friday TOPS Staffing is hiring a Material Handler / Inventory Clerk for a well-established manufacturing company. This is a direct hire opportunity , meaning you'll be hired directly by the company from day one. We're looking for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and has experience with both material handling and inventory control. This position plays a key role in keeping production supplied with the materials needed to maintain efficient operations.

Monday-Friday Hours:

6:30 AM - 3:00

PM Pay:

$20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Status:

Direct Hire Responsibilities Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the production facility Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse and inventory room Pick materials for production work orders and deliver them to the appropriate departments Receive and verify incoming materials Update inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the company's inventory system Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Work closely with production, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure materials are available when needed Qualifications Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, inventory control, or a similar manufacturing role Forklift experience preferred Overhead crane exp would be a plus but not required Experience using an inventory management or ERP system preferred Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to safely operate material handling equipment Why Apply?
