Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, staging jobs, matching POs with invoices and tracking down credits due. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help us reduce costs and keep exactly the inventory we need. This position offers a flexible job with fun people in an established business. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Duties Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies Utilize inventory management software (PLY) and Operational systems to record transactions and track job costing Handle manual material handling tasks, though we have the tools to make this easy. Communicate effectively with installers and dispatchers Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms, shelves, and storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency Experience Previous familiarity with inventory control is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive ability to find solutions to challenges Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including ladders and carts Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client communication and sales support Join us as a Part Time Inventory Control Specialist to play an important role in maintaining our warehouse excellence. Pay:

$23.72 - $28.57 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
