Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials and products.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following customer requirements and company standards.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures, regulations, and company policies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners.
  • Assist with training and mentoring Warehouse I personnel as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory issues or process improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices in warehouse operations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
  • Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Exposure to warehouse conditions including varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Exposure to the elements when working in outdoor sections of the facility (gear will be provided)
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
