Position Details Hours:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:00a-4:30p with

Position Type:
Contract for 6+ months Position Overview As an Inventory Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting daily warehouse operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to ensuring inventory accuracy and operational success. Responsibilities Perform inventory counts and stock verification activities. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. Organize and track warehouse inventory to ensure availability and accuracy. Assist with receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading shipments. Identify and report inventory discrepancies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with warehouse team members to support operational objectives. Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Experience assisting with shipping and receiving functions. Bilingual communication skills are a plus. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
