DOE Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM Project Assignment Through September 2026 This is a temporary project-based position expected to run through the end of September 2026.
Candidates who can commit to the full duration of the assignment are strongly encouraged to apply. We're looking for a detail-oriented Stores Clerk to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials and parts throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable using computer systems, and able to maintain accuracy while handling inventory and materials. Job Duties Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Package, label, and prepare outgoing shipments Distribute materials, parts, supplies, and parcels to various departments Stock inventory and maintain organized storage areas Use scanners and inventory systems to track materials and inventory movement Enter and maintain inventory information using company software Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Maintain clean and orderly stockrooms and work areas Communicate with internal departments regarding inventory and deliveries Utilize Microsoft Excel and other inventory management systems as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills required Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required Experience using handheld scanners is preferred Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, stockroom, or customer service experience is helpful Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently Parts weighing over 50 pounds are team lifted with assistance Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping Ability to climb ladders and retrieve materials from shelving Ability to work in a warehouse and stockroom environment What We Offer Competitive pay of $24.50
