Job Description

Inventory Control Specialist Surprise, AZ $24.00-$26.00/hour DOE Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy and inventory management within a manufacturing environment. This is an office-based position , not a warehouse role, so candidates should present themselves professionally and be comfortable working in a business office setting. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels. Coordinate and perform cycle counts and physical inventories. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective action plans. Analyze inventory variance reports to ensure inventory accuracy. Process inventory adjustments and substitutions. Create and maintain inventory tags and labels. Prepare inventory balance reports. Utilize barcode scanners/scan guns and ERP systems. Provide excellent customer service while collaborating with internal departments. Perform additional inventory-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience with inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation. Experience using scan guns/barcode scanners. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (Pivot Tables preferred), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint . Experience working with ERP systems. Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Physical Requirements Regularly sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
