Primary Job Duty:
The Special Project Coordinator will help coordinate and execute various projects and assist in improving a variety of processes. Tasks will include preparing and processing documentation, collaborating with various departments, managing correspondence between internal and external parties related to program administration, and regularly report updates to supervisors. 2.0
Responsibilities:
With the Inventory Control Manager, develop short- and long-term strategies to improve existing processes.
Coordinate key projects for inventory improvement across different divisions and areas of Glenair.
Track progress and help prepare reports for use with internal and external audiences, as needed.
Assist with upcoming moves to the Irwindale facility.
Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Self-motivated, self-sustained, and proactive
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage key relationships
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computing skills 4.0 Successful Candidate must possess:
Interpersonally adept and detail-oriented
A problem solver with the ability to see the big picture
Candidate must have the legal right to work in the

Physical Requirements:
Sitting and standing for long periods of time. Typing- full use of bilateral arms, wrists, and hands. Use of phone and other electronic systems.
