Spanish/English preferred Position Overview A leading luxury furniture and home staging company in South Gate is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and day-to-day warehouse operations. This is an urgent temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with inventory systems, and able to coordinate effectively with warehouse and operations teams. The Inventory Control Coordinator will work onsite within the company's multi-floor warehouse facility and help ensure furniture, décor, and other inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for as it moves throughout the operation. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory tracking. Verify inventory quantities, locations, and item information. Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed. Update inventory information accurately in company systems. Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding inventory movement and product locations. Assist with locating missing or incorrectly assigned inventory. Maintain organized and accurate inventory documentation. Communicate inventory issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members. Follow established warehouse, inventory control, and safety procedures. Qualifications Previous inventory control, warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with computers, scanners, and inventory tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable attendance and ability to work the full 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Compensation & Opportunity $20-$21/hour , depending on experience. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to join the company permanently based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
