This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, physically inspecting products, verifying quantities and condition, and ensuring items are properly documented and routed within our facility.

Pay & Schedule:

Starting at $17.00/hour + opportunity for bonus each pay period Paid holidays and

PTO Full-time Monday-Friday Primary Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries Unload, move, and organize incoming products Verify quantities and products against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect products for damage, defects, or other issues Enter received products and inventory information into our computer system Maintain accurate inventory records and product counts Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation Properly label, organize, and store inventory Identify and report inventory discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized receiving and inventory area Communicate damaged shipments, shortages, or other discrepancies to management Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Ability to safely perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications:

Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic Detail-oriented and able to accurately inspect products Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/receiving software Able to work independently and as part of a team Mechanically inclined with an aptitude for hands-on work is a plus Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred but not required Forklift experience is a plus We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly, stays organized, and is comfortable working in a hands-on receiving and warehouse position.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
