Your First 90 Days Days 1-30: Learn our product mix, locations, software, and safety practices; assist with receiving and storage. Days 31-60: Lead cycle counts, refine storage layouts, and produce baseline inventory reports. Days 61-90: Drive accuracy improvements, streamline distribution to departments, and help standardize procedures. Outcomes You'll Deliver Up-to-the-minute inventory records with minimal variance. Thorough receiving—verifying quantities and quality on all inbound items. Optimized stockroom design for fast access and safe movement. Routine audits that surface and resolve discrepancies early. On-time preparation and delivery of stock to internal teams. Collaborative process improvements that lift efficiency across the board.
