The Opportunity At The RV Shop, we believe world-class RVs deserve world-class care. As a Parts & Inventory Coordinator , you'll play a critical role in keeping our technicians productive and our repair operation running efficiently. You'll be responsible for maintaining an organized, accurate, and accessible parts room while ensuring technicians have the parts and materials they need when they need them. This is a hands-on position that combines inventory organization, receiving, parts distribution, and day-to-day operational support. You'll receive incoming parts, properly organize and stage them, distribute parts to technicians as needed, and help maintain an efficient system for tracking and locating inventory. What You'll Do Ø
Receive Incoming Parts:
Accept, inspect, and properly receive incoming parts and materials, verifying quantities and identifying any discrepancies or damage. Ø
Manage Parts Inventory:
Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts, supplies, and materials within the parts room. Ø Distribute Parts to
Technicians:
Pull, stage, and provide parts to technicians based on repair needs, ensuring the right parts reach the right technician and unit. Ø
Maintain Parts Organization:
Establish and maintain an efficient parts-room layout so items can be easily located, accessed, and accounted for. Ø
Track Inventory:
Maintain accurate records of parts received, distributed, and remaining in inventory, identifying discrepancies or inventory needs. Ø Stage Parts for
Repairs:
Organize and stage parts for upcoming or active repairs to help technicians stay productive and keep units moving through the shop. Ø
Support Repair Operations:
Work closely with technicians, service personnel, and management to understand parts needs and help prevent unnecessary delays. Ø
Parts Runs:
Occasionally pick up parts, materials, or supplies from local vendors or other locations when needed to support shop operations. Ø Maintain a
Clean Work Area:
Keep the parts room, storage areas, and surrounding workspace clean, organized, and safe. Ø
Identify Inventory Issues:
Communicate missing, damaged, incorrect, or excess parts to the appropriate team members and assist with resolving discrepancies. Ø
Follow Safety Procedures:
Handle parts, materials, equipment, and company vehicles safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ø
Provide Operational Support:
Assist with other shop and inventory-related responsibilities as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. Who You Are Ø

Inventory Experience:
Previous experience with inventory, warehouse operations, parts, materials, receiving, or similar responsibilities is preferred. Ø
Automotive/RV Experience:
Experience with automotive, RV, equipment, construction, or another repair/service environment is a plus, but not required. Ø
Computer Skills:
Comfortable using basic computer systems to track inventory, receive parts, and maintain records. Ø
Valid Driver's License:
A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely are required for occasional parts runs. Ø
Physical Ability:
Able to lift, carry, push, and maneuver parts and materials as needed throughout the workday. Why Accept This Position? Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
