We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team in Alachua for a first-shift opportunity. Compensation for this role is set between $24 and $25 per hour, with the final rate determined by your relevant experience. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining precise inventory levels and facilitating smooth warehouse operations. Your primary focus will be identifying and rectifying discrepancies, managing receiving challenges, addressing quality-related inventory concerns, and correcting system transaction errors. You will collaborate frequently with the Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse departments to promote efficient material flow and ensure the integrity of our data within our ERP systems. Primary Duties Inventory Accuracy & Discrepancy Resolution Analyze inventory variances discovered during routine audits and cycle counts. Examine historical transaction data and storage locations to uncover the root causes of stock discrepancies. Execute necessary inventory updates in the QuickBase and

platforms, ensuring all adjustments are submitted for management review. Contribute to broader initiatives aimed at improving inventory precision and implementing corrective measures. Inventory & Warehouse Management Oversee warehouse storage areas and organize consolidation efforts to boost picking speed, storage capacity, and overall inventory accuracy. Ensure that all inventory data remains current and precise within the LEAN system and associated software. Provide assistance during scheduled cycle counts and comprehensive inventory audits. Quality & Material Control Help maintain high standards by investigating and resolving logistics-related quality problems. Update inventory statuses within the LEAN system, including the transfer of materials between rejected, hold, and good stock locations. Partner with the Quality team to guarantee proper material traceability and inventory disposition. Receiving Issue Resolution Address and resolve receiving errors, such as purchase order mismatches, incorrect quantities, wrong materials, and documentation or shipment discrepancies. Collaborate with Buyers and the Procurement team to settle any issues related to incoming shipments. System & Process Support Verify that all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and promptly in QuickBase and LEAN. Identify potential process enhancements to help the team achieve greater warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy. Uphold all established company standards and procedures regarding inventory control. Required Qualifications Demonstrate a high level of precision to ensure the integrity of our inventory data. Show the ability to independently research and solve complex inventory problems. Communicate effectively with various internal teams to foster a collaborative work environment. Manage competing priorities successfully in a high-speed warehouse setting. Apply a solid understanding of inventory best practices, material handling, and receiving processes. Education & Requirements High School Diploma or GED is required. Must possess indefinite legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
