Inventory & Logistics Specialist Job Description:

PrideStaff is currently working with a local logistics company who is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Specialist. The Inventory and Logistics Specialist Will Support Daily Receiving, Inventory Control, Shipping, and warehouse operations. The ideal Inventory and Logistics Specialist has multiple years of warehouse experience, has thorough knowledge of inventory and logistics, is fluent in English and Spanish, as well as demonstrates excellent ERP knowledge, organizational, and communication skills. The Inventory and Logistics Specialist is a full time, temp to hire position in Doral, FL.

Inventory & Logistics Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform Cycle Counts, Physical Audits, & System-to-Physical Reconciliations to Investigate & Resolve Discrepancies Track Internal Inventory Movements & Input Accurate Data For All Receipts, Shipments, Transfers, & Adjustments Confirm The Accuracy of Incoming & Outgoing Orders by Auditing Packing Slips, Purchase orders, Bills of Lading, & Product Quantities Assist With The Physical Preparation of Customer Orders, Including Labeling, Packing, Staging, Loading, & Unloading Partner Closely With Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, & Customer Service Teams to Streamline Operations Ensure a Clean, Organized, & Safe Warehouse Environment by Operating Material-Handling Equipment According to Safety Guidelines Perform Other Warehouse & Logistics Duties as

Requested Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines Inventory & Logistics Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 3+ Years of Inventory, Receiving, Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution, or Related Field Is Fluent in English & Spanish Ability to Read & Understand Purchase Orders, Packing Slips, Shipping Documents, & Inventory Records Solid Computer Literacy & Familiarity With Digital inventory or Warehouse Management Systems Comfortable Working Directly on The Warehouse Floor, Performing Hands-on Material-Handling Tasks, & Lifting, Moving, & Organizing Products as Required Must Have Strong Attention to Details & Accuracy When Tracking Data & Handling Materials Excellent Organizational, Time-Management, & Problem-Solving Skills Must be Able to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment While Managing Multiple Priorities Must Demonstrate Good Attendance, a Dependable Work Ethic, & The Ability to Work Independently While Contributing Effectively to a Team Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Must be Able to
