Euphoria Vacation Homes is a boutique short-term rental management company focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience across our properties in St. Augustine, Vilano Beach, and north Palm Coast. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist & Field Assistant to support our field operations, uphold property standards, and maintain the accuracy and organization of our supply inventory. This is a W-2 employee position working 30 hours per week from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Regular days off are Wednesday and Sunday. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing supply deliveries, conducting regular inventory counts, organizing the storage facility, and ensuring that all consumable guest supplies remain accurate, organized, consistently stocked, and billed accurately 100% of the time. In addition to core inventory duties, this position is responsible for preparing and organizing all "bag packer" tasks for cleaner pick-ups and ensuring that inventory is accurately dispersed, tracked, returned as required, and properly recorded within our Breezeway software. Beyond inventory management, the position includes completing field assignments through Breezeway. These assignments may include steam cleaning property furniture and rugs using company-provided equipment, verifying property staging and cleanliness, documenting and reporting deficiencies, delivering guest amenities as needed, and assisting with the onboarding of new properties, including delivering and labeling start-up linens and supplies. This position requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining clear and effective communication with the operations team. The work schedule follows established daily responsibilities and deliverables that must be completed consistently and accurately. Requirements Prior professional inventory management experience. Ability to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Wednesday and Sunday are the regular days off. Reliable personal transportation. Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, St. Augustine, FL prior to starting. Ability to travel throughout St. Augustine, Vilano Beach, and north Palm Coast as needed. A tablet or laptop and smartphone are required and must be capable of running Breezeway and other company-related software and applications. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the operations team. Strong technology proficiency and comfort using mobile task-management and inventory systems. Ability to consistently complete assigned daily responsibilities and meet established deadlines.
