12 Months (Possible Extension) Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor the delivery of purchased parts to ensure on-time fulfillment. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve delivery-related issues and maintain smooth operations. Track, analyze, and maintain procurement data using Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel. Support daily supply chain and purchasing activities through accurate documentation and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in computer applications with strong typing and data entry capabilities. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred. Interest in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement operations.
