The Lot Attendant plays an important role in keeping our dealership organized, professional, and ready for our customers each day. Responsibilities Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot. Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership. Keep new and pre-owned inventory properly lined up and displayed. Prepare vehicles for customer test drives and deliveries. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready when needed. Assist the sales department with locating and moving vehicles. Check vehicles for damage and report any concerns to management. Maintain vehicle keys and follow dealership key-control procedures. Remove snow and assist with keeping vehicles and the lot accessible during winter weather. Assist with dealership errands, vehicle swaps, and transportation when requested. Help maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the dealership property. Follow all dealership safety procedures and management instructions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual vehicles is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Previous automotive or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
