Active Secret Required Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking an experienced Supply Specialist to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) in West Bethesda, Maryland. This position provides supply, logistics, inventory, and data management support to Navy operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy
ERP/N-ERP
), data entry, Microsoft Excel, inventory management, and Department of Defense logistics operations. Responsibilities Perform data entry, updates, tracking, and maintenance of supply and inventory records within Navy ERP (N-ERP) . Support Navy logistics activities involving Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) and Sponsor Owned Material (SOM). Maintain accurate material, supply, and inventory records and supporting documentation. Conduct and support physical inventories, including floor-to-book and book-to-floor inventory validations. Research inventory discrepancies and assist with correcting or reconciling supply and material records. Track material locations, quantities, condition, ownership, and accountability information. Utilize Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, track, reconcile, and analyze supply and inventory data. Develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and other documentation. Support material accountability and inventory accuracy requirements. Review supply and inventory information to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential process improvements. Assist with inventory documentation, material transfers, labeling, and other supply-related transactions. Support audit readiness and compliance with applicable Navy and Department of Defense policies and procedures. Communicate inventory discrepancies, findings, and required actions to team members and Government personnel. Required Qualifications Active Secret security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship required. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; OR In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 10 years of relevant equivalent experience, including at least 5 years of Department of Defense (DoD) experience. Experience supporting supply, logistics, inventory management, material accountability, or asset/property management functions. Hands-on experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy
ERP/N-ERP
) for data entry, record maintenance, tracking, or supply/logistics transactions. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. Experience performing or supporting physical inventories. Experience researching and resolving inventory or material discrepancies. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Recent experience supporting Navy or NAVSEA supply/logistics operations . Experience with Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) and/or Sponsor Owned Material (SOM). Strong hands-on Navy ERP transaction processing and data-entry experience. Experience using Excel to manage large amounts of inventory, supply, or logistics data. Experience with material accountability, inventory validation, and discrepancy research. Experience supporting NSWCCD/Carderock, NAVSEA, or another Department of the Navy organization . Familiarity with applicable Navy and DoD financial, supply, property, and material accountability policies and procedures.

Pay:
