Position Summary:

The Inventory Management Specialist II manages inventory processes with greater independence, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely shipping/receiving operations. This role also assists in process improvements and troubleshooting discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain inventory levels; initiate replenishment as needed Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate variances Oversee receiving processes, including documentation and system updates Coordinate and execute shipping schedules, including carrier selection Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with shipping regulations Analyze inventory data to identify trends and inefficiencies Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, returns, and stock levels Train and support entry-level staff (Level I) Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications:
