Robbinsdale, MN Compensation Hourly Rate:
$23/hr for LOCALS & $26/hr for Traveller (50 miles away from Facility)

Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours/week Job Responsibilities Count, pick, replenish, and distribute low-unit-of-measure (LUM) medical supplies to nursing clean supply and PAR rooms. Verify, requisition, and maintain appropriate PAR inventory levels to support daily hospital operations. Prepare chargeable medical supplies for dispensing and distribution. Identify instruments, trays, and medical supplies requiring restocking. Deliver Med/Surg PAR supplies according to priority and department needs. Receive and fulfill supply requests through verbal, telephone, EPIC, and handheld terminal systems. Maintain assigned PAR areas in a clean, organized, and properly stocked condition according to designated bin locations. Prepare mobile medical equipment for use and distribution as needed. Inspect package integrity and remove or replace damaged, expired, or compromised supplies. Check in-stock and non-stock items and report inventory discrepancies appropriately. Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as requested. Verify product expiration dates and rotate inventory to minimize product waste and outdating. Assist with the distribution of equipment and furniture to patient care areas and ancillary departments when required. Follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and inventory control standards. Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient supply operations. Requirements Healthcare Inventory Control Experience

  • Required Ability to work independently and effectively within a healthcare environment.
