Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist who will work directly with the Inventory Controller to monitor, assess, and process inventory across all stages, from purchasing to final customer shipping. This role balances office-based data management with hands on warehouse verification. Responsibilities Audit inventory levels across core business systems. Print and verify regular cycle count results. Investigate quality issues and process inventory returns. Verify bin locations physically and digitally for accuracy. Receive and post POs formally into the inventory system. Report on sales data and necessary inventory adjustments. Assist with fulfillment system transfers and order posting. Execute system workflows within Shopify and Salespad. Verify accuracy of incoming POs against physical shipment.

Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Teams Workplace Environment A mandatory mix of office/computer work and physical warehouse tasks. Ability to pivot daily between desk tasks and warehouse auditing based on real-time business needs.

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
