We don't just sell cars — we help our customers find andpurchase the vehicle that meets their needs. Position Overview We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory & Digital Media Specialist to manage ourvehicle inventory and online presence. This multifaceted role combines inventorymanagement, vehicle reconditioning coordination, professional photography/videography,and social media marketing to help drive sales. The ideal candidate is a motivated teamplayer who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and presentation, and works closely withthe sales team to support a smooth sales process.
Schedule & Compensation Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Saturdays as needed.
Compensation :
Based on experience, with the opportunity to earn additional income through sales once comfortable in the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and stock new inventory while maintaining accurate inventory logs. Oversee the full vehicle reconditioning process from service to "retail-ready" status, coordinating with internal service teams, vendors, and the sales team. Capture high-quality professional photos and videos of all vehicles for the website and marketing materials. Edit photos and videos (using Canva) to a polished, consistent standard for listings and social media. Upload and maintain accurate vehicle details, specifications, photos, and videos on the dealership website and listing platforms (DeskManager, CarGurus). Manage and grow the dealership's online presence, with a strong focus on creating engaging content for Facebook Marketplace and running ads through Meta BusinessSuite. Monitor social media messages, respond promptly to buyer inquiries, and help generate sales leads. Maintain an organized and visually appealing lot by frequently moving vehicles to replace sold units and ensuring proper alignment. Ensure all retail-ready vehicles have up-to-date photos/videos, window stickers, and Buyer's Guides properly displayed. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure inventory is properly prepared and presented for customers.
Qualifications Required :
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to successfully multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Proficiency with digital photography and basic video recording. Experience managing social media platforms, especially Facebook Marketplace and Meta Business Suite. Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat and cold), and standing/walking for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred :
Previous automotive dealership or inventory management experience. Familiarity with vehicle features and specifications. Experience with Canva or similar photo/video editing tools. Experience with DeskManager, CarGurus, or other dealership inventory/listing software.
