We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Glass Shop & Inventory Coordinator to manage the daily flow of materials through our glass shop and warehouse. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to fully train the right candidate. Previous glass or construction experience is not required. This position is approximately 80% shop and warehouse work and 20% field support. The right person will be responsible for receiving materials, maintaining inventory, preparing upcoming jobs, performing light fabrication, and making sure our installation crews leave with everything they need.
Responsibilities:
Receive glass, aluminum, hardware, and job materials Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, and incorrect items Maintain accurate inventory of stocked materials and hardware Organize and label materials by job Prepare and stage jobs for installation crews Confirm all glass, hardware, tools, and paperwork are ready Report missing or damaged materials before installation Keep the shop, warehouse, and storage areas organized Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles Perform light glass and metal fabrication Cut and polish mirrors when required Drill and prepare aluminum or metal components Assist installers in the field when needed Coordinate with the office, project managers, and installation crews Help improve shop organization and material-tracking procedures.
Qualifications:
No previous glass experience required but preferred. No previous construction experience required. Full training will be provided. Dependable and punctual. Willing to learn a skilled trade. Comfortable working with tools and equipment. Able to follow instructions carefully. Strong attention to detail. Organized and able to keep track of materials. Able to work independently after training. Comfortable performing physical work. Able to lift and move construction materials safely. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and take ownership of the shop. The ideal candidate does not need experience but must be responsible, reliable, organized, and willing to learn. This is a good opportunity for someone interested in learning the architectural glass and glazing trade while developing skills in inventory management, job preparation, fabrication, and installation support.
Schedule:
Full-time Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional field work may be required.
