The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing high-value inventory for our daily live auctions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and security. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, sort, and organize collectible inventory. Prepare coins, silver, and other collectibles for live auctions. Verify inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems. Maintain a clean, efficient, and secure workspace. Follow established quality control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy. Handle valuable inventory with professionalism and discretion. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated reliability with an excellent attendance record. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Sound judgment, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential. Reliable transportation required.
