Inventory Specialist - Cannabis Retail Operations We are a cannabis consulting and management company that partners with licensed cannabis businesses to provide operational support, inventory management, compliance, and business solutions. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join the team. This position will work alongside multiple cannabis operations, helping ensure inventory accuracy, compliance, and efficient day-to-day inventory processes. Responsibilities Manage inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits. Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting. Assist with receiving, transfers, and product organization. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Work closely with operations teams to improve inventory procedures. Support compliance with state cannabis regulations. Qualifications Previous inventory management experience required. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other business software. Ability to analyze data and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the cannabis industry. Knowledge of Metrc. Experience using Dutchie or other cannabis POS/inventory systems. Experience with inventory reporting and analytics. Social media and content creation skills are a plus. Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
